Schedule a Live Video Tour from home!
December 30, 2022 - December 31, 2033

We would love to be able to welcome you at our community and show you all the reasons why our residents love living here. Unfortunately, at this time of physical distancing, we are limited. However, we are happy to now be providing live video tours at a time that works best for you! RSVP and our sales team will reach out to setup a personal video tour and show you around – virtually! You can even invite your friends and family to join, there is plenty of room. Plus, schedule your first video tour with us and we will send you a gift card to local restaurant or café to be used at a later date. Just our way of saying “Thank You” while also supporting our local businesses.
How does it work?: We are adaptable! We can FaceTime for you Apple users, Skype for those Android users, send a virtual link for you desktop computer users. Let us know what you are comfortable and familiar using and we can set it up!
When can you schedule?: When the time is right for you! Let us know your preferred time and we will take care of the rest!
What will you see?: So many things!
- See your future home all without leaving your couch
- Get a personal tour of the amenities we offer, available apartments, and get to know our team personally
- View the finishes, closets, outdoor spaces, and maybe even meet some residents and staff!
This is a virtual event, upon registering we will follow up with a private link to join!

A group of our residents, known as the Yarn Buddies, have created handmade teddy bears that are now riding along with Mercer Island’s Police and Fire Departments!
These soft, lovable bears will be given to children during emergencies to bring comfort and calm in tough situations. It’s a beautiful example of our residents using their talents to serve the greater community.
We’re proud to support our local heroes and even prouder of the compassionate hearts behind each bear.
